Ian Giusto

Ian grew up outside Washington D.C. and spent his summers in the woods of the Shennandoah valley foraging, fishing and connecting with nature.  Both Ian's father and grandfather are chefs. This taught Ian the importance of ingredients but, it was his grandmother Marion who taught Ian at the age of eight an introduction to horticulture in the form of caring for her prized English roses.

Ian operated his own farm for over 5 years in Georgia before coming to Serenbe Farms.
