The Serenbe Farmers Market is honored to create a marketing opportunity for our neighboring small farmers, produce and plant growers, artisans, bakers, food preparers, and educational and charity organizations. Products must be grown, raised, harvested and prepared for sale in accordance with county and state regulations.  Vendor has read, understands and agrees with the Market Rules for the Serenbe Farmers Market and is bound by the terms and conditions outlined there. Vendors may sell only what is listed on this application, and any additional items that a vendor would like to sell must be reviewed by the market manager. Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell. We, the undersigned, agree to comply and abide by the rules and regulations of the Serenbe Farmers Market program. This agreement admits the producer under the same terms and conditions as other participating producers, and does not constitute permission to participate if the market’s rules and conditions are violated. Indemnity Agreement The vendor shall indemnify, keep and save harmless Serenbe Farms and all agencies that Serenbe Farms has agreements with, from and against any and all claims and demands resulting from vendor’s acts and omissions, whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off market premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the market premises by vendor, and shall defend at vendor’s own expense any actions brought against Serenbe Farms and any organizations or persons with which Serenbe Farms has a contractual agreement.
